The approach

The best photos from your wedding will be the ones you didn't know I took. A look during the vows. Your dress catching the wind. The half second before the kiss.

You don't have to perform your wedding for a camera. I'll point you the right way when you need it, then I disappear and let the day be yours.

You get the whole story too. The wide shots, the tiny details, whatever was happening at table nine. Every keeper edited, one gallery, share it with whoever you want.

How it works

Four steps,
start to finish.

  1. 01

    Say hello.

Send the form with your date and venue. Rough is totally fine. You'll hear back within 24 hours, usually same day.

  2. 02

    We talk.

A relaxed 20 minute call about your plans, how I shoot, and real pricing for your day. No hard sell. Ever.

  3. 03

    Your date is held.

A signed agreement and retainer lock it in. One wedding per date, and that date is yours.

  4. 04

    We make it great.

Timeline help before the day, sneak peeks within days after it, and the full gallery soon after that.

05 · Common questions

Asked before
you ask.

Is my date available?

+

Probably! I'm booking 2026 and 2027 right now, and I only take one wedding per date. Send your date through the form and I'll confirm within 24 hours. If you're getting married between April and October, ask sooner. San Diego season fills up fast.

What does wedding photography cost?

+

It's all posted right on this page. $1,400 gets you five hours with me, $2,400 gets eight hours plus a free engagement session (most couples pick that one), and $3,400 is the ten hour day with a second shooter. Every package comes with the edited gallery and print rights. For what it's worth, couples nationally spend around $2,900 on average.

When do we get our photos?

+

Sneak peeks show up in your inbox within two or three days. The full gallery follows a few weeks later, and The Full Story gets previews the next day with the whole gallery inside two weeks. Whatever we agree on goes in the contract in writing. I don't do vague.

We're awkward in front of cameras. Will you tell us what to do?

+

That's most of my couples, honestly. I'll give you easy direction when you need it, stuff like walk toward me and ignore me, then I get out of the way. Almost nothing in these galleries was posed.

Do you travel outside San Diego?

+

All of Southern California is home turf. Past about 40 miles from San Diego there's a simple mileage rate, and anything further than that just gets built into a custom package. Ask me.

How do we book?

+

Send your date, we hop on a relaxed intro call, then a signed agreement and a 30% retainer hold your date. Just yours. The rest isn't due until a month before the wedding, and you can split it into three payments.
